All sessions, live and/or online events and training classes are final and are non-refundable.
Hara Katsiki has the right to refuse any session under the basis of personal discernment. In the event that such a session is refused, the client will receive a refund of their purchase via PayPal.
In the event of a session cancellation from the client, the previously purchased session can be re-booked or exchanged if the cancellation is made 24 hours prior to a scheduled appointment. Failure to provide 24 hour notice of cancellation may result in your previously purchased session or training class to be denied of website credit privileges.
All recorded sessions (either in video or audio format) are copyrighted to Hara Katsiki. Clients are not permitted to share their recorded session given to them by Hara Katsiki without the expressed written permission from Hara Katsiki. Violation of this agreement is subject to copyright violation and can lead to legal consequences.
In the event that the client is seen intoxicated by alcohol or drug use, or if there is unacceptable, derogatory behavior being conducted. Hara Katsiki has the right to cancel. postpone or refuse interaction during a scheduled session.
